As the day eases into evening, join us at our Sea & Stem Martini Bar at Bella Vista Terrace. Sample the classics, including the Dirty, Gibson, and Vesper, or try house signatures inspired by the shoreline, alongside dessert-leaning favorites like the Espresso Martini and spirited zero-proof pours. Served with ocean air and a touch of occasion, it’s an elegant way to settle into summer in Laguna Beach. 

Begin your First Thursdays Art Walk at the edge of land and sea. As Laguna Beach’s newest starting location for this beloved monthly celebration of local art, Surf & Sand Laguna Beach invites guests and neighbors to ease into the evening with art, music, wine, and light bites before exploring the galleries beyond.

From 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, trolleys will stop directly in front of Surf & Sand, making it simple to continue through town and experience the creative spirit that has long shaped Laguna Beach. Each month, the evening will feature a different on-site artist, offering a fresh connection to the culture, color, and character of our coastal community.

Every Thursday - Saturday from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm, settle in for live music paired with an elevated small bites menu and handcrafted cocktails in a stunning coastal setting. Select evenings feature an OC brewery tap takeover bringing a fresh local pour to your seaside soundtrack. Whether you’re unwinding after a day on the sand or gathering with friends, Bella Vista Terrace is the perfect place to linger, sip, and take in the view.

At Surf & Sand, some of the most memorable moments unfold just within reach. In this intimate chef-led demonstration, a beautiful local fish is brought forward and broken down in real time—clean, precise, and quietly captivating. As guests gather close, each cut reveals the integrity of the product and the craftsmanship behind it. From there, the fish is transformed à la minute into a bright, delicate crudo, layered with acidity, texture, and freshness.  

Set against the oceanfront backdrop of Bella Vista Terrace and paired with a glass of bubbles or a well-balanced cocktail, the experience turns a simple course into something immersive, sensory, and quietly unforgettable.
